本次试验严格遵循ISO2415尺度及国内特种设备安全技术规范,仿照了极端工况下的受力场景。试验中,弓形卸扣被固定在液压拉力试验机上,通过逐步增长载荷至额定工作负荷的4倍以上,检测其变形、断裂临界点及资料不变性。
This test strictly follows the ISO2415 international standard and the national special equipment safety technical specifications, simulating the stress scenarios under extreme working conditions. During the test, the bow shackle was fixed on a hydraulic tensile testing machine, and its deformation, critical breaking point and material stability were tested by gradually increasing the load to more than 4 times the rated working load.
测试数据显示,该卸扣在达到25吨极限拉力时仍维持结构齐全,卸扣本体无裂纹、螺纹无滑丝,卸扣销轴未产生塑性变形,齐全切合“破断负荷不低于额定负荷4倍”的行业安全要求
Test data shows that the shackle remains structurally intact when reaching the ultimate tensile force of 25 tons, the shackle body has no cracks, the thread has no slipping, and the shackle pin has no plastic deformation, which fully meets the industry safety requirements of "breaking load is not less than 4 times the rated load".

作为起沉吊装、船舶锚固等领域的关键衔接件,弓形卸扣的安全机能直接关系作业人员性命及设备安全。这次试验通过后,该产品已获得国内船级社(CCS)、欧盟CE等多国认证,预计将宽泛利用于海优势电装置、桥梁建设等沉大项目。
As a key connector in the fields of lifting, hoisting, ship anchoring, etc., the safety performance of the bow shackle is directly related to the life of operators and the safety of equipment. After passing this test, the product has obtained certifications from China Classification Society (CCS), EU CE and other countries, and is expected to be widely used in major projects such as offshore wind power installation and bridge construction.
